Welcome to the City of Columbus E-Pay Stub System
Employee paystub information is available electronically through the City of Columbus employee self service portal via the internet and therefore accessible at home, the library, or wherever you may choose to access your account. For those who do not have access to a computer, kiosks have been set up at various locations across the city. Kiosk location information has been provided to your payroll department. Employees who receive paper checks will continue to receive paper pay stub information in addition to having electronic pay stub availability. It is important that individuals complete timely log in to access pay information. Current pay stub information will be available by 10am each pay day.
To ensure adequate security of your data you have been assigned a unique User ID. As you configure your account, you will be prompted to create a password, establish security questions, and accept the terms and conditions of E-Pay Stub access. Your new password will need to be 8-16 characters in length and should not be one that can be easily guessed by others. The password must contain at least one uppercase letter, one lowercase letter and one number. This will increase security of your account.
